This morning I woke up super stiff (I have done TM runs the last 2 days) so I decided my body and mind needed a break. I threw on my workout gear, unrolled my mat and popped Rodney into my laptop. A mere twenty minutes later, I felt refreshed and awake. I am a huge fan of a ‘workout’ not taking a long time–especially when I have to leave my warm, cozy bed to complete it before heading to work Besides, I honestly believe that what you eat daily plays more of a role than how many grueling hours you put into the gym. After a speedy shower, I decided a tasty shake was in order so I assembled the goods above.

-1c unsweetened almond milk
-1tsp maca root powder
-stevia to taste (if you like it super sweet 15 drops, if not 8-10)
