NuGo Slim Bar Review

I am really excited to share this news with you! Ever since the Healthy Living Summit, I’d been wondering if there was a lower sugar gluten free bar out there when I’m pinched for time to eat. Alyssa from NuGo Nutrition hooked me up with a gluten free bar with 2 COUNT EM 2 grams of sugar! No malitol or artificial sweeteners either! It’s real dark chocolate and that’s it! Perfect hint of sweetness satisfaction right here Nate & I tried both bars sent to us: Chocolate Brownie Crunch and Roasted Peanut. We both loved the chocolate brownie one and felt the peanut butter could have been a little creamier. The taste was a bit bland on that one, however in NuGo’s defense we are totally chocoholics all the way! This bar is for gluten free folk! Check out the amazing stats! Click here for more info on these bars: NuGo Slim

Look at these great features of NuGO Slim:
• Almost Sugar-Free (2 grams of sugar)
• High Protein (15 grams)
• High Fiber (9 grams)
• 180 Calories
• All Natural
• No Maltitol or Artificial Sweeteners
• No High Fructose Corn Syrup, Hydrogenated Oils, or Trans Fats
• Low Glycemic
• Diabetic-Friendly
• Certified Gluten-Free

If you are looking for a tasty bar and watching your sugar, I’d definitely recommend picking one of these bars up asap! Word on the street is Raspberry Truffle flavor is coming out in October!

I’m a little confused by your statement “This bar is for vegans, gluten free folk or those with soy or dairy allergies!” since the two main sources of protein seem to be soy and whey.

That said, I don’t mind a bit of soy now and then, and I eat dairy, so I’ll consider trying these out!

I tried the Quest bars recently (Vanilla Almond: 20g protein, 9g fat, 22g carbs but 18 are fiber). They do have fake sweeteners (sucralose and lo han guo) and the taste is just ok, but I’ve thought about buying some anyway because they’re SO filling. It’s mostly nuts and whey protein.

the regular NuGo bars are those things, but the NuGo slim are gluten free only. Thanks for pointing out my mistake! x
