happy weekend lately. . .

look what i found! finding it’s way into my smoothies since 2012 ha. i had a giant green smoothie today with fresh muskmelon that i froze in chunks after a run. i was pretty proud of myself because i ran 2 miles outside with no trouble and i haven’t run outside since last year haha :) i spotted this dairy free mylk the the other day and gave it a try. verdict? tastes very nutty so if that’s your thing, i’d recommend it!

eats this week have been fast and furious! when i come home from work and don’t feel like cooking, these are done in 5 mins! steamed in vermouth, parsley & scallion. these are so good and very cheap! i love eating sexy foods! they are also rich in zinc, b12 & selenium so eat up!

i’m still reflecting on future posts from prague & paris. thanks for your patience! if you want to read what i have so far part I & part II here. it was a lot to take in! good thing i wrote it down:

are you doing anything for your dad for father’s day? i’m making a coconut cream pie (one of his faves!)

never heard of the milk! we actually do not drink much milk, not really sure why. guess, we prefer kefir and yogurts more.

we made waffles this morning for our dad, they are his fav!

I’m probably going to buy my dad his favorite ice cream. Also, I made him a kick-ass card (I like trying to write my own greeting cards hehehe).

I envy all of the new food you try! You are so savvy!!!

I love almond milk but it gives me a stomach ache. :( This looks delicious, I wonder if it would do the same?

PS: Love your photos of your trip. You should post more of them!
