in one night, all the planning from the past fifteen months culminated in the union of my brother & his newly minted wife. the ceremony was beautiful and they could not have asked for a more perfect day weather wise. i was feeling so many emotions leading up to the ceremony (including sweating bullets when i realized i needed to run .5 mi in heels or else i would be late!) *note: never ever EVER think you can travel in pittsburgh when a football game lets out. you will sit in traffic for hours. a 15 min trip to their venue from my house took over an hour!
i did get to see brian before the ceremony and i popped in last minute to check out their rings and wish him luck. he seemed cool as a cucumber and i felt totally at peace in that moment 
everything went off without a hitch but i will admit, i was a blubbering mess! i was totally fine until… i saw my brother start to let tears of pure happiness and love wash over his face at the sight of his new bride walking towards him. we are a sentimental crew and tend to go all in where emotions are concerned in life so you can imagine the scene 
i could not be happier for these two and hope their love grows and evolves into an ever deepening bond making them fearless in the face of life’s obstacles. bless you & love you both! x
