ack. it’s snowed…again! i had grand plans to go to the mall today (first time in 5-6 months?!) to get a pair of jeans. i tried these on in another store recently and they fit like a dream but i wanted to do a little bit of comparison shopping.
no worries, we’ve got an open house to view on the docket today and it’s in our neighborhood so we don’t have to venture too far if the roads are a bit sketchy. this home requires quite a bit of ‘fixing upping’ so we wanted to see it in person to gauge if we were really up to getting down and dirty on this home project!
a quickie recap of our valentine’s day…very low key over here! we split a bottle of zepaltas rosé, exchanged our cards and enjoyed each other’s company. nate hand made my card as per usual and it was hilarious because i wrote in my card about being on the same ‘wavelength’ lately and then he hands me that work of art!?
my card to him came from etsy—i love dingbat press! you should check them out! yes. that is the death star on the card…hilarious because he came home on valentine’s day with a delivery from amazon. a special ice mold. irony? nope. just on the same wavelength 
how was your weekend? do you ever feel extra connected to a person sometimes? it happens to me a lot! sometimes i swear my friends and family can read our minds!

Nate is a great artist! So funny you both gave each other things with similar sentiments. I also LOVE Etsy… I’m obsessed with all their earrings, stationary, and throw pillows! (Kind of random mix…)

AG jeans are great…I don’t have a pair but a friend swears they are the best! I want to try them too.

i ended up getting a pair of hudson jeans, i love my zippered rag & bone pair and a j brand pair of leggings but needed a basic staple to wear with everything. the AG are def vanity sized! i am NOT a 25 lol.

My boyfriend and I didn’t do anything on Valentines Day either.. we both spent it working on projects at home! But no big deal.. everyday should be as special as Valentines Day.
